The 2019-2020 MOPS YEAR KICKS OFF SEPTEMBER 11th!
MOPS (Mothers Of Pre-Schoolers) is an international organization that reaches out to moms with children under 5 years of age. The Whitehall chapter of MOPS meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month, September - May, from 9:00 - 11:00 am. Childcare is provided on site. All moms who are pregnant with their first or with kids from birth-kindergarten are welcome!
If you're totally new to MOPS, check out www.MOPS.org for more info on the organization! A typical MOPS meeting includes time for moms to chat and eat breakfast, a speaker or video on a topic of interest to moms, discussion time, and an activity or Pinterest-style craft, all while your little ones are being taken care of on-site! MOPS is a great place to relax, recharge, and meet new friends. Cost: MOPS International has an annual membership fee of $24.95. This is the only cost to join our group! Scholarships are available if needed - please don't let money keep you away! If you need more information, contact JoAnna Kirk, Whitehall MOPS coordinator. Also, check out our Facebook page! |
This year's theme: To The Full
|
Here at MOPS, we gather moms. We believe in the simple but revolutionary idea that remarkable things happen when moms come together. That’s why we rally women, in their own neighborhoods, to help them become more brave, kind and honest, one gathering at a time.
So, whether you are a soon-to-be mom, first-time mom or seventh-time mom, you are welcome here. Whether you are an adoptive mom, young mom, seasoned mom, foster mom, stepmom or any other type of mom, you are welcome here. Whether you prefer to meet with other moms in a coffee shop, church, park, living room or video chat, we have something for you. |
