India Missions
How serious was Jesus when He gave the Great Commission to all who would be His disciples - in every generation - until the end of the world? "Then Jesus came to them and said, All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nation, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Matthew 28:18-20).
Every congregation of the Lord's church is responsible for doing something toward obeying this command. Each individual Christian will also be held accountable for having participated in accomplishing Jesus Christ's goal of world evangelism. What's your congregation doing to obey the Great Commission? What are you doing personally?
If you or your congregation contribute to White Hall's India mission work, then you are doing a lot! This program results in approximately 1500 precious souls being baptized into Christ every year. Our surveys are showing that about 85 percent of these converts remain faithful indefinitely. We are establishing new congregations of the Church of Christ from time to time and even some denominational preachers are obeying the true Gospel of Christ as a result of our work.
Romans 10:13-15 seems to imply that those who cannot go and preach to the lost can participate in saving them by sending those who are able to carry the Gospel message to people who will listen. God bless you for being a sender through White Hall's India Mission work.
